For her first public activity after the long summer holidays, Queen Mathilde chose to visit "De Vijvers", a care residence for elderly persons in Gentbrugge.

Part of the visit was the launch of the new "Te Gek?!" mental health campaign, an initiative Mathilde has been part of before. This year it focusses on mental health issues among the elderly population.
