Flashback: Croatia Becomes a EU Member

Crown Prince Philippe & Princess Mathilde were welcomed at the Concert Noble by Croatia's President Ivo Josipovic, his wife, and Croatia's Ambassador to Belgium, Mario Nobilo at a concert to celebrate the accession of Croatia to the European Union.
