Starting on the day she turns 53, Queen Mathilde will be in Davos, Switzerland with King Philippe, at the yearly meeting for world leaders from government, business, civil society and academia. Theme is "The spirit of dialogue".
They will be joined by PM Bart De Wever, foreign minister Maxime Prévot and minister for employment, David Clarinval.
As SDG advocate, Mathilde will have meetings with several politicians, international organisations and private players. She will meet with the Schwab Foundation and hold the opening address at the award ceremony for new social innovators.
She will also have bilateral meetings in view of her economic missions to Turkey and Saudi Arabia later this year.
