Queen Mathilde visited the Primary School of the Royal Atheneum in Zottegem (KAZ).
This particular school has opted for a form of "team teaching" that includes using different learning methods and coaching individual pupils.
The Queen took part in a round table discussion on the future of schooling, the challenges the pandemic causes schools and mental health at school.
The visit concluded with a tour of the new school buildings.
Before leaving Mathilde went up to a few children playing ping pong and asked if she could join in!
