Family: Hélène runs for a Cause

On 27 May 2018 Countess Hélène d'Udekem ran the 20 kilometers through Brussels as part of the 182 strong team "Run for Hope". All of the runners were sponsored and donated the money to the children's oncology ward of the UZ Leuven.

Just like Hélène, all the "Run for Hope" participants have of had a child with cancer in their family.

Thankfully, Hélène's son Alistair is now fully recovered from a brain tumor.
