Elke Geraerts had an audience with queen Mathilde to discuss her book "Mentaal Kapitaal", on how to become mentally resilient, and as such avoiding severe stress and burn outs.
In the evening Mathilde and Philippe assisted at the annual autumn concert at the royal palace.
