Queen Mathilde visited the Alamire Foundation, House of Polyphony, at the Maria Gate of the Park Abbey in Heverlee.
This international centre of excellence is a new patronage of the Queen. It used to be one of Queen Fabiola's patronages.
The visit ended with a concert by vocal ensemble Park Collegium who sang from the 16th century "Mechels Koorboek".
