For the centenary of Belgian child care services ONE, Kind & Gezin and Kaleido, Queen Mathilde attended the academic session "100 jaar kinderzorg in België/100 ans d’engagement pour le bien-être des familles et des enfants en Belgique" at Brussels Expo.

The Queen pronounced the opening speech, visited workshops and met with child care workers.

In her speech Mathilde mentioned more than once the big themes she's been working on the past years: the UN's intention to leave no-one behind, a focus on mental health and the importance of vaccination.
