As part of their summer holidays, King Philippe, Queen Mathilde and the 4 children are currently in Salzburg, Austria where they attended the famous Salzburger Festspiele. They watched Verdi's opera "Aida".

As usual Philippe, Mathilde & their children spent part of their summer holidays on the French Ile d'Yeu, an island of about 23 km² on the Atlantic Coast, in front of Saint-Jean-de-Monts.
