For their annual photo session Mathilde, Philippe and their children visited two museums in Brussels. It's the first time they chose a cultural location for their family photo shoot, instead of a theme park or a zoo.

One photographer and one cameraman were allowed to join the family on this trip to shoot pictures for the press.
King Philippe made it clear he wanted a Brussels location for these pictures after the terror attacks last March that seriously damaged the city's tourist appeal.
Just like his sister Elisabeth (14), Prince Gabriel (12) has started wearing dental braces.
