Week van de Zorg 2019 + Klarafestival

For Health Care Week, Queen Mathilde visited care centre Heilig Hart in Deinze where persons who suffer from brain dysfunction, brain damage or autism are being treated and cared for.

The Queen joined in for a "wheelchair dance".

Mathilde had already visited the Heilig Hart care center on another visit in 2005 (see here).

In the evening Mathilde was at deSingel in Antwerp for the classical music festival Klarafestival.

The Queen attended a concert by the Chamber Orchestra of Europe & Collegium Vocale directed by David Afkham and pianist Pierre-Laurent Aimard.
