Last week Queen Mathilde had no official/public activities in her agenda. Maybe she took some precious time off to indulge in her own hobbies and interests?
On Wednesday 22 November 2023 she visited the Saint Bavo cathedral in Ghent, home of the world renowned "Mystic Lamb" by Van Eyck.
Mathilde was given a tour by canon Collin and took the AR tour (augmented reality) in the crypt to take in all the centuries old treasures around her.
