For the Week against Bullying, Queen Mathilde visited Zonnebos, a secondary school for children with special needs in 's-Gravenwezel.
Some of the pupils told her about their first hand experience with being bullied.
At night, there was a second activity when the Queen attended a concert by the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen at the Concert Hall of Bruges.
Mathilde arrived 40 minutes late because of a road accident. The start of the concert was put on hold until her arrival.
The Queen explicitly communicated the fact that she wishes to show her support to the world of culture and the arts in these hard times. The cultural field has been hit hard by both the pandemic and the political decision to refuse them any support whatsoever.

For the Week against Bullying, Queen Mathilde visited the Primary School of Bouge, to learn about the KiVa method to battle bullying at school.

As SDG advocate, Queen Mathilde visited the hospital ship "Global Mercy", a vessel of the Mercy Ships fleet that is currently docked in the harbour of Antwerp and that will sail for Senegal later this month.
