Corona in the Family

Court announced that one of King Philippe & Queen Mathilde's children has tested positive for the corona virus.

According to journalist Wim Dehandschutter the child in question is "one of the youngest", so either Prince Emmanuel (15) or Princess Eléonore (13).

The King & Queen, who have tested negative themselves, will limit all social contact for the time being and have postponed or cancelled their activities for this week and the next. 

This also means Mathilde won't be able to attend the funeral of her uncle, Count Henri d'Udekem d'Acoz which will take place tomorrow, 3 September 2021, or the wedding of Princess Anunciata of Liechtenstein in Vienna that Mathilde & Elisabeth were supposed to attend.
