Queen Mathilde visited Les Perce-Neige in Jambes, a therapeutic day centre for children with multiple physical handicaps.
It was the second visit Mathilde made to the centre, she'd visited in 2003 as well: https://queenmathilde.blogspot.com/2021/11/flashback-les-perce-neige.html
Extra security measures were taken as there was an augmented terror alert in Belgium.
