Mathilde sent out this message on World Mental Health Day:
"The stigmatization of persons with mental health issues and the taboo around these issues are huge obstacles to their access to care. Efforts must be pursued to break the silence if we wish to achieve one of the basic principles of Agenda 2030: no one should be left behind."
