Because this year's edition of the Tour de France started in Brussels, court had offered Belgian media the chance to broadcast their Tour de France TV special from the royal domain at Laeken.
The royal family wasn't at home, they were at a party for Albert II & Paola's 60th wedding anniversary in France.
