Flashback: Welcoming Prince Charles

Crown Prince Philippe & Princess Mathilde, at the time pregnant with her fourth child, welcomed the Prince of Wales at Laeken castle.





The Prince of Wales was on a two day visit to Brussels, to address the European Parliament on climate change.
