Queen Mathilde received the partners of the heads of state who have come to Brussels to participate in the special NATO summit: Melania Trump (USA), Brigitte Macron (France), Ingrid Schulerud-Stoltenberg (Norway), Emine Erdogan (Turkey), Desislava Radeva (Bulgaria), Mojca Stropnik (Slovenia), Gauthier Destenay (Luxembourg) and Thora Margret Baldvinsdottir (Iceland).










They made a tour through the greenhouses of Laeken, before enjoying a dinner together.

King Philippe and queen Mathilde received Mr. Donald Trump and his wife, Melania Trump at the royal palace in Brussels.







While King Philippe and President Trump had a conversation, Queen Mathilde introduced the First Lady to Heidi De Pauw, CEO of 'Child Focus'. Today was also Missing Persons Day.

The same day Gerry Debecker, a teacher from the Sint-Jan School accompanied his students on a 3-day trip to Brussels and tweeted about the Queen arriving at the royal palace.

At the Laureate Concert at Bozar in Brussels, Mathilde invited Pascale De Groote, director of the Antwerp Conservatorium and Guido Jardon, director of the IMEP Music School of Namur to join her.
