Queen Mathilde attended the 10th European Lotteries Congress in Antwerp.
She met Marc Herremans, a former triathlete and now paralympic, who represented his foundation "To Walk Again". They discussed the availability of easy and accessible sports facilities for persons with a physical handicap.

The Queen also met Professor Robert Frank, who talked about the importance of luck & merit in our society.
