This is Sarah Biasini, daughter of Romy Schneider and her second husband, Daniel Biasini.

Although she clearly resembles her mother, Sarah Baisini also reminds me of Queen Mathilde!

Dutch actress Juna de Leeuw shares some of Princess Elisabeth's features I think. She'd be perfect to bring the Belgian Crown Princess to the screen.
