Consecration of a New Archbishop

King Philippe & Queen Mathilde assisted at the consecration mass for archbishop Jozef De Kesel, at the Sint-Rombouts cathedral in Mechelen.

They were accompanied by lady-in-waiting Clotilde Boël.
