Mathilde's uncle, Baron Henri d'Udekem d'Acoz is to appear in court. He's accused of swindle.
Henri d'Udekem is accused of having bribed a man into paying 100.000 euro to allocate a parcel of arable land. An intermediary acting on behalf of d'Udekem is supposed to have charged the money. The Baron says his name was used in vain, that he doesn't know the intermediary and that he never received any money.
