COMING UP Second Trade Visit to Saudi Arabia

Queen Mathilde will be presiding a trade visit to Saudi Arabia in the company of hundreds of companies.

To develop tourism, financial, and AI sectors, Saudi Arabia is making heavy investments in infrastructure projects in the country. Belgian companies such as Besix, DEME, and Jan De Nul are already active there, for example in the creation of artificial islands, and can benefit from this construction boom. In addition, it is also important to attract investors to Belgium. 

In 2009 Princess Mathilde made a first trade visit to Saudi Arabia, accompanying her husband, Prince Philippe.
