Visit to East-Flanders

King Philippe and Queen Mathilde visited castle Wissekerke in Bazel, where the firm Sigmaplan presented their plans to prevent the region from flooding.






Afterwards they got a guided tour through the polders of Kruibeke.






Melissa Maas acted as lady-in-waiting.


Then they went on to Temse where they visited social workshop Wase Werkplaats.













They ended their visit to the province in Dendermonde, by visiting an asylum for young refugees.




They also stopped by the town hall and the new Lakenhal.
